TurnitinTurnitin is available through Moodle class spaces and project spaces at NC State University. As a member of the College of Education, you may use our Moodle workspace to submit your own writing to Turnitin and then revise your writing before turning it in for a grade or for publication. Turnitin can check your writing for potential plagiarism as well as grammar errors so that you can then revise your writing, paraphrasing, direct quoting, summarizing, and so on.

Submitting Your Own Writing |
As a writer, you may want to check your writing against other works or a grammar checker before submitting it. Click here for directions on enrolling in our College of Education Project Space and getting Turnitin feedback on your own writing.
Note: the Moodle Project Space submission blocks are set up so that the writing you submit will not be added or saved to any databases so that if you submit it later to an assignment that uses Turnitin, the writing will not be flagged as plagiarized. |
Using Turnitin as an Instructor |
As an instructor, you can add Turnitin enabled assignments to your courses through Moodle.
