Peer Review is also referred to as "Refereed" and typically you can search for or filter for "academic journals" in a database

Ebsco ERIC Search Help 
Note: these tutorials are titled "Ebsco Host" and often are demoing Academic Search Complete because ERIC is one of many Ebsco databases that are searched in the same way:
  • Advanced Searching in EBSCO Databases i.e. ERIC
  • Basic Searching in EBSCO Databases i.e. ERIC and Academic Search Complete
  • Subject Term Browsing in EBSCO Databases for more Precise Searching (note: ERIC uses the "thesaurus")
  • Citing Sources in EBSCO - Exporting to Citation Management or Copy/Pasting
